Casting abrasive materials such as concrete can quickly erode mold detail while casting non-abrasive materials (wax) will not affect mold detail. Before storing the mold should be cleaned with a soap solution and wiped fully dry. Two part (or more) molds should be assembled. Resistente a roturas: las siliconas del molde Star se curan a gomas suaves y fuertes que son resistentes al desgarro y muestran un encogimiento muy bajo a largo plazo. El embalaje puede variar. Resistente al calor: la goma curada del molde Star es resistente al calor hasta 449.6°F y es adecuada para fundir aleaciones de metal a baja temperatura. Curación: permite que el molde Star 15 SLOW de goma de silicona para curar durante 4 horas a temperatura ambiente (73 °F/73.4°F) antes de demoler. Eliminación al vacío: aunque no es necesario el desglose al vacío ayuda a eliminar cualquier aire atrapado en caucho de silicona vertedor. PREFORMACION DEL MOLDADO - La vida física del molde depende de cómo lo use (materiales fundidos frecuencia etc.). Los materiales abrasivos de fundición como el hormigón pueden erosionar rápidamente el detalle del molde mientras que el fundición de materiales no abrasivos (cera) no afectará al detalle del molde.
